Wes Simon specializes in Traffic, Civil and Criminal Litigation in all local, State
and Federal courts.

He first established himself first as a Criminal Defense Attorney at the
Chesapeake Public Defender’s Office, where he was one of the founding
attorneys. There he tried felony and misdemeanor cases in both Bench and Jury
trials, in all areas of criminal practice, including robberies, drugs, frauds,
larcenies, as well as crimes against the person. Wes has tried traffic offenses in
all of the local Hampton Roads Courts. This also included appeals to Virginia
Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court.

After leaving the Public Defender's Office, Wes joined a private law firm in Norfolk
where he continued to defend his clients rights. Now he has opened a practice
on his own where he can continue to give the personal, quality representation to
all of his clients.

Wes firmly believes that if you have been accused of a crime, you have rights and
should be vigorously defended. If you have been injured by the negligence of
another, you are entitled to full and fair
compensation. He has made it his passion to help people, who need strong,
aggressive representation.
